Delivery
Shipping is free for most products on Oduniya.com However, we may charge delivery fees for certain
products. These delivery fees will be based on the nature of product and delivery location pin code
Track Your Order
Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has shipped. You can check the status of your order by logging to your account and checking the status of your order. We will update the shipping company and the tracking id We use Multiple Logistical Partners for Delivery of our products which include our team, suppliers team and third party logistic providers.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for many products. For a few products, we do charge delivery fees. Delivery charges are calculated based on the Product, Customer Location and the Total Order Value and is indicated on the products detail page before Checkout. For some Bulky Products, we might charge some additional charge for Door-Step Delivery in a multistoried building (for climbing each floor). The range of this additional charge will be indicated on the Products Detail Page and will be paid to the Delivery Personnel directly. Alternatively, you can opt for Standard/On Ground/Ground Floor Delivery* where you arrange to pick the products from the Ground Floor.
Delivery Time
On successful order placement from our website the product will be delivered within 10-15 days
depending upon the product ordered and location of delivery. This delivery time is indicative, and can
vary due to external factors
Shipping Backorders or Multiple Products
Occasionally, we must backorder or source inventory from multiple suppliers. This means that different
parts of your order can come from different locations.
If you order more than one item, we’ll try our best to send available items together. If only some of the
items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship your multiple packages
from multiple locations/suppliers. If we break your order into multiple packages, you will NOT incur any
additional freight/delivery charges.
In the unlikely event, we’re unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock
we have and backorder the items we’re unable to ship. You’ll be notified via email of the estimated
delivery date for your backordered items, and you will NOT be charged additional freight/delivery
charges for backordered items.
